Great goaltending, Fla using g their speed on the forecheck, quick pressure, more importantly the puck passed to the next guy and he's pressured fast by 2nd forechecker. Either coughing up puck or occasionally beating the forecheck, but the other 3 defenders are in place, and those forecheckers are hustling back, fumble the pass , and everybody is back.
Blocking out slot very effectively, making people pay. Using size and speed to block the slot, allowing Bob to save the puck, one shot, covered or panthers retrieve rebound…… and outscore on that one chance
So every thirty years or so the Panthers make the finals. See you in ~ 2053 after this June.

Vegas or Dallas on paper matches up well against Florida, but at this point I don't think it matters. Florida is one of those teams that has a lot of FU in them. A hot goalie with Bark and Tkuck might just be enough to get it done.

Florida have been excellent so far, i still think this series have another twist, the canes are a good team and they've been in every game thus far but if they don't win game 3 i think this is over as good as the canes are i don't think they have testicles to come back from 3-0 down

Florida peaked right at the end of the season and now they're in the Cinderella spot playing care free with house money and thats always the most dangerous team. The higher seeded heavier favored teams have all the pressure to win and protect home ice and when they don't they start to tighten up and press and the Johnny come lately team smells it and jumps all over it. They just have this train of momentum going and they're absolutely fearless. It looks like they're going to win it all and I'm a Stars fan that doesn't want to say that but you can't deny the ridiculous magical run they're on.

It was so solid performance from Panthers that I just knew that they can take this win. Even in the first period Carolina didn't get many dangerous changes with those 20 shots.

I love what Panthers are bringing every game this postseason..but sure wish Canes had a ceaseless energy in their offensive zone..that is their signature in most all other aspects of their game..bringing that in Games 3 and 4 could dig this series that much deeper and generate even more Cup moments.

This is where the Canes lack of size and physicality continues to bite them in the rear. I'm surprised they haven't played Pulujarvi at all this series, at least he'll check somebody. I'm really annoyed I hate going out like a wet fart in the playoffs every year. I'd rather go back to being the worst team in the NHL, at least then I can afford to go to a couple games every season.
I thought Reinhart was the real hero on the GWG, He's right on the door step, in OT, where most guys would shoot and yet he recognized Tkachuk cruising in and feeds him with a "can't miss" pass to win it. Brilliant play!
Now I predicted Panthers to win this series, but didn’t expect them to win both games in Carolina. Bobrovsky is playing insane and Tkachuk is just him. Barkov also heating up offensively. Panthers just seem unstoppable at this point.
I remember one power rankings Shannon stated “the Panthers aren’t making the playoffs” and here we are now with him saying they’re a cinch to make the final. Panthers run has been incredibly impressive
I would be surprised if Bob choked. His look says it all, a man on a mission. Team is also outhitting and almost matching the shots (especially in gm1) which is really something other teams haven't been able to do to the Canes.

After watching Tkachuk meet everyone in the hallway, he needs to wear the C next year. He's been such an important add for that team.
Honestly, I'm getting 2021 Canadiens flashbacks from this Panthers team. But the question is, can they win the Cup unlike the Canadiens?
