Team Canada has won gold at the World Juniors once again, this time at the 2020 WJC in Ostrava. This win comes over Team Russia, who played a tough game and scored some tough goals. Ultimately though, it’s Joel Hofer and the Canadians that prevail over Amir Miftakhov. Team Russia got goal support from Grigori Denisenko, Maxim Sorkin, and Nikita Alexandrov, while the Canadians’ goals came from Connor McMichael, Barrett Hayton, Dylan Cozens, and Akil Thomas.
