Seeing some of the old estimates on renovating the Coliseum, it seems buying it outright & updating it may be a budget-friendly-er & faster option than brand new builds elsewhere. We can't deny there is Arizona hockey history in that building.
Downside is no way to expand for additional revenue at the fairgrounds aside from a second tenant.
