  1. Just keep that weight down at 235 to 238 lbs and ensure he stays busy. Let's see what happens from there.

  2. Peter Parker aka Spiderman finally get's a stoppage albeit against a very small low level heavyweight still better than getting a points win against Massey in his last fight, it's all about keeping busy and building confidence after 2 poor performances, and he should keep fighting at the lighter weight. Only time will tell what he can do at the top end but there are many fights out there if only they tempered their money demands.

  3. Still fairly young 🤷‍♂️ elite gatekeeper I guess stay downunder n get some regular cash in before calling it a day faculties intact 🤷‍♂️

  4. I thought the boxxer contract was long term.
I cant seem to find any facts about who parker is signed to

  5. I’ve never heard anyone aspire to be “second best”. That statement alone is disgraceful from a former champion .

  6. He is doing his best to play Robin to Fury's Batman.. Typical Beta-Male syndrome

  7. Looked like what would happen if someone picked a fight with Parker in a bar. Unclear what it means other than Parker clearly hasn't fallen to domestic level yet.

  8. Zero statement .. just beat anther bum.. proved nothing.. so let’s it hype him up.. until he actually beats some one who actually world level..

  9. I’d still like to see Parker fight Luis ortiz . There’s always been a lot of hype from the American media with an agenda to say Parker was an also-ran but Ortiz was some kind of killer.I’ve never thought that was the case and always felt Parkers chin and speed of both hand and foot means I would make him favourite.unfortunately I don’t see where the money comes for for that fight.

  10. He puts weight back on then his career is over. Its not rocket science.. I personally would like to see a rematch with Whyte and then take it from there.

  11. Parker really looked good here! Sharp and Quick throwing combinations. We all know he’s got the talent, and like you point out, his speed is his greatest asset. I think a rematch with Whyte would be perfect right now!!

  12. Why is a guy with speed bulking up and slowing down? that was always insane. After a certain point, weight can even serve to diminish power as one is unable to get the same torque on a punch, potentially. Obviously it depends the shot, but Parker bulking up was farcical. He is a flashy boxer and should NEVER go into a fight simply looking for a KO. If the KO comes, it comes, but if he looks, it will go to the cards lol

EDIT: Parker already had a more than enough size, and we saw that when he fought say, Joshua, so the whole mission to bulk him up was a joke to me from the start

  13. He should definitely fight Hunter next.

I don’t like the bakole vs Hunter rematch (why does every unexpected win warrant a rematch? It’s so unnecessary)

Bakole should fight Carlos takam next

  14. Borderline stoppage again, similar to Babic recently. Yes, Opelu was probably done. Yes, Opelu would have been stopped. But can't the ref at least start a count, look the guy in the eyes and THEN wave it off immediately? Opelu was out of it indeed, but if jumping in like this becomes standard practice, we will inevetiably see bad stoppages occuring on some occasions.
