Meh veterans really haven't worked here, this system is better suited for younger/faster legs. Morrow, Marleau, Iginla, etc etc. Really never panned out well. At least this is low risk.
I'm happy, a good timely scorer. A great vet addition, feels like the bill Guerin trade. And we know how that worked out, just wish.they'd have landed that vet defender. Every time they've had that vet defender they've raised the cup.👍
I’m also a kings fan from LA and my mother is a penguins fan. And we both love the Pittsburgh Steelers. So it’s cool seeing my favorite hockey player go to my moms favorite team
No offense to Carter but the Pens organization makes year after year of disasterous deals picking up old used up guys ready to retire then trade away any young talent in WBS . Pens will be out in the 1st round if they even make the playoffs .
