Todays game 3 between the Dallas Stars and the Las Vegas Golden Knights was a must win for the Stars. Yet, they got off to about as bad of a start as you could imagine. First an early goal and then their captain, Jamie Benn took a terrible penalty on Mark Stone just a minute later getting a 5 minute major and a game misconduct just 2 minutes into the game. Not only a gutless and completely unnecessary cross check to the face, he took himself off the ice in the most important game of the season. As the game progressed, fans became upset and at the end of the second littered the ice with garbage forcing the end of the period early. Hill also got hit with popcorn on the way back onto the ice but I cover it all in todays NHL video!

I am a Stars fan, but would never defend the conduct of Benn. Professional hockey is certainly a physical sport, but a cross check while an opponent is down is uncalled for. The Captain should be more disciplined than that.

The stars looked dejected after one goal, it's like they just kinda have up, it's frustrating when a game goes like that but they need to rise up and outwork Vegas, instead they folded, bad vibes, and Benn's penalty was ridiculous, he really didn't hurt him bad but that crosscheck while the guys down, he's the captain, that's horrible hockey, he should have the C ripped off his jersey.
Dallas is shit, sorry this isn't the bubble anymore. Learn to lose in grace. The downfall will be extra sweet this year if they get swept.
