Laviolette getting another head coaching job after being let go?? I get that he's a borderline hall of fame coach based on his accomplishments . But at some point teams in the league gotta stop hiring retread coaches because not only does it make redundant that the same guys keep getting the same jobs. It also sends the wrong message that up & coming coaches who pay their dues either as an assistant or a minor league coach don't even bother applying because the league still operates as a good ol' boys network.
