The Sens need a bonafide, proven top 10 goalie, otherwise they'd be better to stick with what they have considering the cost associated regarding assets and/or salary that will be required.
The problem is not that the Maple Leafs need a No. 1 defenseman. The problem is that none of their Core Four are productive once the playoffs begin. If you are unwilling to change the dynamic of having a Core Four, you are destined to repeat the poor results, i.e., early exit from the playoffs. Botton line: been there, done that, and it doesn't work.

So many great stories re: Worlds:
1. Latvia winning bronze…..what a day for the nation and it's hockey program!!!! Showed people partying, jumping in the river…..it means so much for their hockey program!!! Good on 'em!!!!
2. Good for Canada for bringing home another GOLD!! Boooooyyyaaaahhhhh!!
"Monty" was great in the pipes!!!
And what about Lucic!!!! He's been waiting his whole career to play for his country and his chance finally arrives and he brings home the gold!!! Nobody can EVER take that away from him and there's NO "*" by the win as being less meaningful because the big name stars weren't playing….actually it made the games that much more fun especially seeing Fantilli, Barron, Hutson, etc etc getting a chance to play big roles for their national teams!!! BTW…..Fantilli is the "real deal"….that dude is going to be a stud for whoever gets him!!!
3. Way to go Germany…..a huge silver medal for them especially beating the USA yesterday to advance to the finals.
