    Absolutely, they should not fear trading Carter Hart. That being said, in my opinion, to move him it would have to be a borderline ridiculous offer. Like a “Why in the hell would they offer all of that” kind of deal.

    I don’t understand why media is trying to drum discussion up around Hart so much, there’s not a real story there.

    Goalies never get good value in trades. If there’s a good overpayment I’m sure Briere will take it. But they’d be lucky for someone to offer a late 1st and like a B or C prospect which is pointless. Keep your potential franchise goalie, they aren’t getting ridiculous contracts since teams learned from Price and Bobrovsky (ironically) anyways. He’s not going to be a burden to pay.
