  1. I rather they trade the pick for a top six forward or solid two day top 4 d.

I mean let's face it the Canucks window is very narrow with Hughes and petey contracts coming up. The Canucks had a look at lind and gadjovich end of season. There are prospects like these in the pipe line. With podkolzin and hoglander demanding roster spots next year the Canucks need to be in a win now situation after the step back last year .

  2. Mason McTavish and Podkolzin on the 3rd line could be awesome. That's my pick.

  3. remember the year everybody was screaming to the oilers to take a defenseman in the first round , instead drafted rnh , the guy edmonton finally got to fill a d man need was larsson taken @ # 4 in the same draft , it cost them hall for larson . I dont think edmonton is going to give rnh a substantial raise if they even offer him a contract . i tell this story because of the narrative in this video that you dont have to draft for need .

  4. My first choice Brandt Clarke, second choice Hughes, third choice edvinsson, fourth choice Johnson or mctavish. I think we really only have a choice between Johnson and mctavish though

  5. seems like with wallstedt and mctavish looking like top 10 picks. someone like clarke, johnson, lucius, lysell, raty, lambos, sillinger, coronato, and cossa is going to be available for the hawks at #11. hawks are going to add a pretty good prospect if they don't trade the pick.

  6. I think they need a defender bad. They aren’t a bad scoring team. Not sure which specific defender, but if this draft has any strengths, I think it’s in the Dmen, especially the quantity of high end prospect defenders. Maybe no Dahlin or Hedman, but a number of possible Werenskis, Chabots and Seth Joneses. Quinn Hughes can be an offensive star, but they really need someone who can be a defensive star. Edvinson and Clark I think are too offensively focused. Not that they couldn’t use them, but probably need a stronger defender RD more.

  7. Lysell or McTavish….in the 2nd/3rd rounds is where we load up on RHD's – Morrow, Bar, Iorio are all big, good skating prospects

  8. I feel like the canucks could also use a goalie in the future, maybe get a Cory Schneider and Roberto luongo thing going on?

  9. Anybody but wallstedt. We need help on defense and offense the most. Really hope wallstedt goes before 9th

  10. I would a video purely on what positions each of the top 10 picks actually need. Like a mock draft if it was purely on positional need
