  1. Nick, I agree with most of what you have said here. I think DeSmith is fine as a back up if we get a new number one. But, if Jarry is back on a cheap contract he needs a 1B.
    My Question is who are the 1B candidates? If we go Jarry and a 1B, can Casey Desmith become your AHL goalie and be brought up if things go poorly or one of the NHL goalies gets injured. I forget what Tokarski was making this season but if I recall, it wasn't cheap for an AHL goalie. I guess you risk losing him for nothing through waivers? What are your thoughts?

  2. You cannot come back with Jarry in net. If Winnepeg is offering Hellebuyuck for a # 1? Make that trade.

  3. I'll live with Casey as a pure backup but no way in hell can we come back with the Jarry /desmith duo…
