Drury needs to find way to get Kreider to waive his NMC. Or Bump him down to 3rd line Laffy and Kakko need to be first or second line and we have Cuylle and Otthman be arriving soon.
I'm thinking we might just have just try to develop new young talent and possibly have some tough seasons until we can shed some cap space because there are two players in particular that make WAY TOO MUCH

I'll start off by saying I am not a Laffy detractor. I don't think he is a bust – I do think that under the right circumstances he could still make good as the star performer we expected. But, I don't see it happening with the Rangers. I think his road to success lies with a team that will play him top six. Having said this, the Rangers could free up the the cap space to go after Tara by trading him to a team that would give him the opportunity that the Rangers won't.

I think that Vlad would sign with Us for less than in Any Other City. Realistically, only Chicago and like teams can afford Him, and, I don't think that He wants to go to any of those teams. Let me know what you think

They should ask Jacob Trouba to Waive and Trade Him in A Package with A Bunch Of $ Players to Vancouver for JT Miller. Therefore, They get rid of $13M, and take on $8M to use the $5M to Sign Tarasenko
I'd risk Igor (which won't be a likely thing because Money will be coming off the books) to keep Tarasenko. Igor might be A Long-Term Thing, but, We don't know. He might be A 2 Year Wonder. Look at What Happened To St. Louis after Winning The Stanley Cup with Jordan Binnington.
Do we want to Relive The King Contract At $8.5M, after His Best Days were Behind Him? Let me know what you think. Even though Vlad won't be A Hometown Discount, I think that Kane & He would take A Lesser Contract To Stay.
