Yamamoto and Foegele are the most likely in the forward group to be bought out or traded. This would give room to re-sign them to cheaper deals if they go the buyout route, or make room to bring up prospects and re-sign Kostin and McLeod if another team is willing to take those ~$3M contracts. Might have to trade Yamo to one team and Foegele to another in order to get that done.
On defence, they could move Neimelainen for a draft pick in order to make room to re-sign Bouchard, but they do need to bring in more defencemen for their AHL affiliate. But yeah, maybe this is the year the Oilers fill part of their roster with prospects because of the small raise in the salary cap.
