This has definitely changed in the past couple of months but I always felt like he was the forgotten prospect in a way. Neighbours always had the more translatable skillset to break into the league quicker, and he played the blue collar game Blues fans gravitate towards. And Bolduc kinda fell behind that, especially when the team was good anyway. He was always the prospect I saw getting traded in other people’s mocks. Especially when Snuggerud was drafted and immediately looked like he could be another highly skilled forward, but playing at a higher caliber than Bolduc was.
Meanwhile Bolduc has been just plugging along, scoring a ton in the Q (which doesnt say a lot given its the Q but even relative to his peers). He’s not going to be the most physical NHL player but I like his two way game enough. He’s gonna be good, and it seems more likely than ever that it will be as a Blue, so that’s cool

Unlike the Cardinals right now, the Blues ownership group and front office knows that failure is unacceptable and I’m really excited to see their plans for this group. Some good picks and exciting prospects on the way. I expect Army to be really aggressive this off-season and can’t wait for next year. He’s one of the best GMs for a reason.

Just finished watching the game (1g/1a for Bolduc lets gooo) and they played Gloria afterward.. anyone know if their victory song is Gloria or just coincidence? That’s awesome if so lol
