It was even worse as Eichel seemed to lose his balance as was falling forward as the hit was coming as well. Clean hit though.
You folks love violence.. E. wasn't looking and MK could have injured him hadn't he seen him last minute and tried to avoid him.
If he had injured him.. I guess you would still be cheering it as a clean hit. MK knew E. wasn't aware of his approach and should have been caution on how he removes him from the play without such force. But I guess you guys like blood that a well being of a oerson isn't important.
And this is the problem I have with the league. You don’t see hits like this anymore and any open ice hits you now get a 5 minute major for it. Bring back old time hockey.
