Things are looking up for the blue and white, even more so now than a week ago. Toronto acquired defenseman Jake McCabe, forward Sam Lafferty and two conditional draft picks from the Chicago Blackhawks FOR forward Joey Anderson, Pavel Gogolev, a conditional 2025 first-round pick and 2026 second-round pick. Chicago is retaining 50% of McCabe’s salary in the trade.
