carolina and seattle also could take a suprise shot at debrincat… although i think the blues have the best shot
I think if DeBrincat gets dealt, he goes to the Devils.
Sens dont want futures unless they flip them, they want eatablisbed players. I look at the Devils and a guy I look at is Jesper Bratt because they are in the same boat, and there is a 99.9% chance they prioritize Meier over him. And he can give you almost the same production AND had a significantly better +/-. And he is most likely going to be cheaper. And then a goalie, hard to say who that is. In all honesty I would be shocked if the Devils don't go for a guy like John Gibson or Connor Hellebuyck, so maybe Vanecek could be thrown in a deal? Its hard to say. I hope he doesnt go at the draft because Dorion might get a 1st, which is way less than his value.

Blues fan, I really like debrincat, he is an incredible goal scorer. But the 10th overall for debrincat wld certainly be the price, well that and then some. So no thanks, we need to do something abt our D format and foremost.

Oh and Lucas is on crack if a team is giving up a first and a prospect for Alex DeBincat if he doesn’t agree to sign in advance of the trade. No team is trying to trade for him for a one year rental and give up that Capital.
