While I can't picture you "Carb Loading" or face planting in a bucket of Snickers Popcorn (they're real, look them up, they look disgusting to me but hey someone has to be buying them as Costco sells them) I hope you enjoy the game. Ben and Jerry's, an individual sized cheesecake, a Blizzard (because we're expecting SNOW this weekend in Jasper and it's not even FALL yet (according to the calendar but what does it know)). I hope that Ritchie comes on a PTO. At league min, he would be a valuable piece for the roster, not just for his toughness, but he does have some skill. Was a 2nd round pick, scored well in juniors as well as in the AHL. On a defense-first team like the Stars, his most goals in an NHL season was 16; and at 29 he's the same age as Nuge, so not over-the-hill yet.
If he come into camp in good shape, sign him to that 750k contract.

Sweet news on Duncan kieth. Him on the player development team could really make a difference on the future of the roster.
I cant think of a better defenseman I'd rather have than Keith for player development.
