No need for Carter Hart , I'd take woll anyday

We don't need Carter Hart. His stats are worse than the stats of both of our current goalies, and a trade for him would be a waste of resources that we could use for more needed trades. We actually need to improve our size and compete level on defence, and our size, scoring and grit on the wings. Trading for a goalie at this point makes little sense.

We dont need him. Flyers will want picks for him and Sammy is just as good if not better than Hart. Sammy and Woll are the way to go

We do not need Hart in my personal opinion. Others have noted, and I agree, that this trade would strain our resources. We'd be better off using them for trades that are more important to the team's improvement and benefit.

I like Hart, but cost would be high. Leafs need a top 4 D, and LW upgrades, since Bunting and Kerfoot are gone. If JT moves to LW, they need a 2C to fill that empty spot. Maybe they see if they can sign O'Reilly for 5M x 3. Trade Nylander and Liljgren to Canes for Pesce and Necas. Sign Samsonov 3M x 2 if possible. See how Woll does. If Matthews wants more than 12.7M x 3, trade him. If he really wants to stay, and wants to win, that's what he should agree to. Guess we'll find out soon what Austin is really all about.
LA doesn't have anything that the Flyers need at this point anyway. Briere wants draft pick…and LA parted with the only defensive prospect they were willing to move. I'd rather he gets traded to a place he has a chance to win.
