Sucks to lose him but at least now we have cap space
I'm not 100% sure with the situation on Romanov, but I think he's ok to play with the team. He was on the third pairing with Merrill in practice today. I hope Drouin gets better!

If it's' a mental health issue related to the pressure than I sincerely hope we trade him to a smaller market this off season.
I'm sure it'd be the best thing for his health and he's probably gonna play much better with all that weight off his shoulders.
I m no fan of Drouin, but I hope he s ok ,and recovers from whatever it is. Thats on the human side only hope for the best for him ,as we should . Doesnt change my opinion hockey wise . But as human being I m worried about him . And the word is that Romanov is playing tonight 😳. The Drouin this did free up enough financially to have Caufield, and Romanov in. I m picking Toronto to win 6 to 1 Nylander the first goal.
I suspect that Drouin never got over his wrist injury suffered a year or two ago….
That's why I try not to shit in the habs like other people because they are people going through the same things as we do except they are away from there families I hope people get there heads out of there ass and think about what they are doing just to give us piece of mind and be able to watch hockey
No we still have one more call up from taxi swuad as per wht they said last game when caugield played his first game so we still have one call up as caufield came up on injury call up
They still got 1 call up left so prob gonna use it for romanov

JD is our best play maker…all the couch superstars need to understand players have ups n downs. All the fans acting like they were/are superstars in the NHL. Sad.

Jonathan Drouin is having a rough time… we should all back him up like we would do with someone in our family… Things like that append all the time… and when we should have the most compassion… I wish him well
One last word, even the great Maurice Richard at the top of his fame when to a very difficult time… so much pressure on him… so like Maurice, I am sure Jonathan as all the heart of a winner, just let him the time to heal.

I wish Mr. Drouin all the best. He is a human being that deserves compassion and encouragement from habs fans. Johnathan I wish you a speedy recovery and I have a feeling that when he comes back he will be back stronger than ever.

Hope Drouin recovers and rejoins as the player he can be. You are right, it is only a game…people count.
At the end of the day these players are human just like us, I wouldn't what the pressure the media and fans put on these players. I wish him nothing but the best and hopefully he's back setting up billbo some time in the future.

Sorry for Drouin but when you see his face sometimes you can see that he’s kind of lost of vision. Not easy to deal with. But did you say Romanov still can’t join? I believe he’s needed as he is by far the most play intelligent defender. He needs to improve his shooting massively though. Go Habs go.
