not a fan of these blind side hits, regardless of whether or not the player should have "kept his head up". the puck got away from Konecny while he kept his eye on the puck. It's sometimes impossible to avoid these hits – the player wants to control the puck and has to keep his head down to keep his eyes on it. He never had a chance to defend himself.
