I got to see Marty Turco at Buffalo Bros sports bar in downtown Fort Worth last night. He was there promoting his brewery, Kingsville Brewery, that he founded with his cousin.
So that was neat. The beer was really good too, they had a light lager and a hefeweizen. Both great hang out at the pool/lake all day kinda beers.

Just started watching Rangers games this week. Never really got into baseball despite going to a bunch games over the years, but it’s finally starting to click for me as a sport and not just as an excuse to get drunk and eat hotdogs. Pitch clock and following a winning team doesn’t hurt either.

I haven’t seen the stars win a game in person since the Winter Classic 1/1/2020, and haven’t seen them win at the AAC since October 2019. It was against the ducks and gurianov went backhand nearside shelf off the rush.

Has anyone else been watching the Stanley Cup finals? If the Panthers hadn’t pulled out a win last night I was going to tap out on the rest of the series. Guess I’m in it for at least one more game.

I found a really awesome top down photo of Bishop printed on aluminum at work that wasn’t hung up anywhere, so I commandeered it for my office. I didn’t want to hang it during playoffs but now that that’s over I think today is a great day to hang it

I’m a lifetime baseball guy. Hockey gets me through the offseason. Stars had a good run, the core is here for a while. Lets go.

Robertson is my son’s (20) favorite player on the team. He isn’t much of a baseball fan, but we drug him out to the game on Tuesday for the Stars event.

Watching the SCF and it’s been good. Vegas can be so fucking good but sometimes, Matthew Tkachuck seems inevitable. The guy is so damn good and has shown to be worth every penny he got so far.
I’m determined to get in better shape for the fall so I’m not so winded during men’s league. Getting older is weird as hell.
