I’m not a fan of either. I lean towards Florida because they didn’t go over salary cap. Mcnabb shoved Tkachuk into Hill then cross checked him AFTER the whistle and no penalty? And ghost whistle? Ehhhhh hard not to feel like there’s some blind eye being turned on Vegas.
Don’t get me wrong Vegas is fundamentally good and their guys are fast as hell. But definitely some shady calls being made or not made

not shocked at all no penalty called on the cross check, wrong color jersey. Remind me of the little cross check that got called in game 3, that was the proper jersey color though

That whistle was ridiculous. Insane to see happen in a finals game, it’s the most crucial point in the game you cannot create a stoppage unless you actually see something that warranted one. If Vegas was in this situation I’d be just as upset about it, don’t stop the flow of the game in the last 90 seconds

The clip ends too soon. Afterwards you can see Wes McCauley explaining to barkov and stone that the camera got knocked when hill was pushed in to the net and it was flipped around. He whistled because he believed it was dislodged.
Either way, even if a goal was scored, it would have been goalie interference.

How does McNabb not get a penalty for the blatant crosscheck, knocking Tkachuk down. The refs are goofy. Sure Tkachuk is a hot head, but never provoked(?) Definitely was provoked into taking penalties after laying out Eichel in game 2.
