I was very happy with my uhwk at first!! Recorded several of my son's mites hockey games. The. It stopped turning on after just a few months. I contacted uhwk who gave me some trouble shooting ideas. I tried the trouble shooting to no avail. I again contacted them and was told a new uhwk would be sent out. That was over a month and a half ago and now I can't get anyone to respond to my messaging. PLEASE don't waste your money. The product is great while it works but customer service is terrible.
