  1. He isn't getting traded. Nashville ownership does the bare minimum since 1998, they give away great talent, if it wasn't for Saros and Rinne they would be AZ, Buff. Other teams build their championships around the dumb trades Nashville brass make, ask the Kings brass about how Arvidson is working out for them this season.

  2. If the Kings gave up that much for Forsberg, there would be a new record for the most lopsided trade involving Filip Forsberg.

  3. Absolutely LOVE the idea of the Caps going for Forsberg, and I love that you added them to the video! However, I don't think they'd give up both Eller and their top center prospect. Maybe someone like Protas or Alexeyev, but I can't them giving up McMichael very easily

  4. That caps trade is kind of doodie. No offense. No way in hell. Caps should trade away McM for a rental. If we haven’t learned from the foraberg trade, we’ll be doomed to repeat the forsberg trade. How ironic would it be if he was reused in a caps trade with another young promising player. Woof. Also, not very creative. Lol. Everyone knows and refers to him as the worst caps trade in history. Lol. Also. That LA one is a steep price as well. Idk. Just my thoughts man. Good stuff though.

  5. Trade him back to Washington & give Nashville a bunch of trash in return like the original trade lol

  6. No way LA trades for Forsberg. He’s not a LA King. LA would rather have a guy who scores around 60 points a year, has excellent advanced stats that would sign for an underrated price of maybe 7 mil a year or less. And we’re looking to trade assets less than 1st rounders and top prospects like Turcotte.

  7. Ottawa Senators- Colin White, Nicholas Paul, Brannstrom 6th round pick 2022
Nashville Fillip Forsberg, 1st round pick 2023
Ottawa- gets another another ventran and get Watson back on his scoring game and sheds cap space
Nashville- gets young forward deph, defenseman prospect and a future pick

  8. Forsberg is going anywhere, I am thinking 8.75 x 8 with a NTC.

That’s more than enough for him and quite frankly is a lot more than he could make in other states with a income tax.

Even still if Nashville were to trade him, you are talking like an A prospect, a first, probably a bad contract back, maybe even a B prospect.

Like the Kings are coming off that first, Byfield or Turcotte (second Turcotte for Nashville), and maybe even Kupari.

If he left LA makes the most sense, considering that he could reunite with Arvidsson

  9. A lot of hockey yet to be played to see exactly where Nash winds up just before 3/21 and whether FF is actually traded or not, but If I'm LA I would remove that 1st and add Maatta (although I don't think he has much value) or Iafallo if that would get it done. That being said I doubt LA would do that (Iafallo) at this time.

  10. I love Forsberg but as a Kings die hard fan 100% no thanks to that trade. Unlike Chychrun, J.T Millker or others wit term, to give a 1st and 3rd round pick along with a player who's still so young and has hardly played in the NHL yet that we drafted in the top 10 of the first round, that is way to much for just a couple months of Forsberg, and the Kings aren't going to pay him $9M like he's apparently going to get which is absurd.

  11. Who would give up more then a 1st or 2nd rounder for a rental player?
LA doesn't have the cap space to add a $9 million dollar player long term…..
NJ wants to get younger, not older. Do they have the cap space to add an 8+ million dollar contract to their books?

  12. I’m a Preds fan soooo kind of biased, but if he’s going to be dealt it will be a rental for future picks knowing Nashville can’t sign him.

  13. I can definitely see the caps making a move for Forsberg, they’ve been dead out there for a few weeks now and are slowly starting to drift away from a playoff spot.

Getting FF back would not only be hilarious, but could revive the team with more scoring depth which is what they desperately need rn.

Plus they have some bad contracts ending this off-season most notably Justin Schultz and Kempny, who are a combined 6.5 mil. If they ship off some guys like Hagelin, Orlov or Eller they’d have more than enough to sign him back.

  14. Forsberg going back to Washington would be super awkward given what they traded him for after he was drafted 😂😂

  15. You do a good job, I thought I was already subscribed but I wasn't! Thanks for the reminder now I am 🤣 you have a nice energy keep on the good work!

  16. No way that Anaheim trade would ever work. Nashville already has the top 2 left handed defenseman signed long term with josi and ekholm. So lindholm isn’t a need. I could also see Carolina, Florida, leafs and rangers being very interested in forsberg.

  17. As a devils fan I say yes to that trade . It’s fair value and Nashville wouldn’t lose forsberg for nothing plus an extra 1st rounder in a stacked draft !
