I wish players would stop making dirty plays and checks (including fighting I know people love it but I don't) its disgusting and ruins our great game

I was in Johansens shoes last year. Same thing happend to me. I was in an upward motion and was getting moved upward and got turned around and absolutely slashed the devil outta someone. I cant believe I only got 2 minutes for it.
I have an idea for a ranking(if you still do those).It seems weird,but how about you rank how easy it is to get to an arena?Maybe not even a rank,but like saying about whether the location of the arena provides a good experience for fans.You guys are the best hockey(not only hockey)channel out there.Keep up the good work!

Nashville fan here, Joey probably deserved a couple more games for that. Intent or not, it's reckless and he's responsible.
I was at that game. It was painful to watch live in the moment. From what I saw he looked frustrated and turned around and chopped. I have no idea if he was aiming for the head or the arms but luckily it didn’t cause damage. So 100% agree on what you said.

What I don’t like about suspensions is, a penalty was not called on the play so, the jets don’t get an advantage from a suspendable play, there’s no point, what do the jets get out of it if Scheifele did get hurt. The league should change it so that the next time the jets play the preds Johansen can’t play the game.
That was a terrible play. He should have been given more games at least three. Head injuries are awful, today we are aware therefore we have to treat it seriously. NHL players must be held accountable for their sticks.
