from what I see in slow-mo, its a reverse hit to an unexpecting player who gets caught in the chest by the opponents elbow. I kinda feel like the NHL has to clarify the reverse hit rules because how can it be a reverse hit with no hit to reverse, as in Mahura not initiating (if you know what I mean).

At the time i actually yelled "Elbow" but upon further review it was just a good hard reverse hit.
