Don’t know how to feel here. Definitely the safe option. Understand the reasoning, but would of loved to see a fresh voice.

They interviewed hynes so that fans will change their opinion on laviolette. Not expecting this team to go all the way with this dude behind the bench but whatever.
Not my 1st choice, but my 2nd. Quenneville was my 1st. I was really worried that we were going to end up with either Bylsma or Hynes, both of who are players’ coaches and much softer than Gallant.
