Brenden Dillon Hit on Teddy Blueger: Tough Call Suspension Recommendation

Brenden Dillon of the Winnipeg Jets threw a high hit to Teddy Blueger of the Pittsburgh Penguins Sunday afternoon. No penalty was called but to me it was an avoidable head shot.

  1. Great job breaking it down. I know it's such a fast game but I really hate the head hits. I wish the nhl would consistently punish those who keep throwing them. Make the hit but don't target the head!

  2. Launching both feet off the ice to target the head, the way he did? Should be 3-5 weeks, not 3-5 games. Not even a tough call.

  3. Great breakdown. This infuriates me that this guy got nothing and he’s still playing while teddy is recovering from fractured jaw surgery and won’t get to play for 6-8 weeks. I’ve already had a rant about it so Ill leave it at this.
