Drills from footage of Kirill Karpizov’s highlight tapes.
Steve from BK Hockey runs us through several skating-based drills that replicate what we’ve seen Kirill Kaprizov do on the ice (games/warm-ups).
You’ll notice a big focus on opening the hips with mohawks, as Kaprizov utilizes the “10&2” skating in his game more than almost any player in the National League.

Come to Detroit please ๐!!!
I appreciate the slow footage, itโs helps a lot as someone trying to learn more, and look at what I need to work on.
Excellent! And thank you for not having any weird colors on your logo bending the knee. Much respect!
As always impeccable transitions. I would add a single leg outside edge to the warm up.
I love this guy!
Steve always makes it look so effortless and easy, and then I try even the most basic things, and end up looking like a baby giraffe walking on ice! Great as always!
I love your channel!
Videos and technical recommendations are just super.
It's amazing that there are so few likes and comments.
I'm your fan! ))
