  1. Whistle blown , play is dead.

That's a first. Never seen anything like this.

….as a Canadian fan , our goals never counted when we scored after the whistle šŸ˜…

  2. The whistle seemed to come after the puck was swiped in. If you slow it down to .5 speed you can see that the puck is hit towards the net and disappears just before the whistle is blown. Seems like a good goal to me. The debate on the refs not blowing it dead earlier is debatable, but the fact it got poked out from under the goalie so easily leads me to believe it wasnā€™t properly covered in the first place. Controversial for sure.

  3. Regardless of the whistle, Florida is such an embarrassing team. How do you let this many odd man rushes go against you in such a high stakes game? Bob solo-handedly carried them to the finals.

  4. Oof tough call the goalie never really had it the play shouldnt have been called but the reality is the official did blow the whistle before the goal so the play should have been called dead. Not that i think itll matter but i dont think this should have been allowed

  5. Matthew didn't want to play because he didn't want to be on the ice when Vegas raises the Cup šŸ™‚

  6. Uh. Whistle went way before the puck was even shot into the net. This goal shouldn't have counted.

  7. South Florida about to become the first area with two pro sports teams to lose a championship series in two nights

  8. 1:49
Whistle sounds after Hague shoots the puck. At least from this camera the whistle is loud and clear and after the puck is shot. Meaning the puck was clearly loose before the whistle sounded.

  9. Covered. Whistle blew. The fix is in. Don't care for either team but never seen anything so bad ever in a call ever. Past 2 games just can't believe it isn't rigged anymore. Guess it comes down to betting revenue now. This is the exact reason why leagues use to avoid Las Vegas.

  10. Pretty much sums up this years Playoffs, Floridas realizing it now what other teams had to fight against.

  11. Since when can you poke the puck under a goalie after it was stopped?
Since when a goal counts after a whistle?

This league is slowly creeping into being a joke territory.

  12. Let's face it Florida had the tougher run, and that week and a half off really made them lose what they had going . Vegas had it easy Winnipeg, Edmonton and Dallas šŸ˜‚

  13. Puck is being covered/smashed around on the goal line – ref is on the goal line … in the CORNER of the rink! Had NO idea where the puck was for several seconds, then skates in to look for it … still can't see it … blows the whistle THEN sees it it in the net. Ref #11 is like, pretty sure you blew the whistle b4 it went in …

  14. The rule states that it can be ruled a goal after the whistle if itā€™s not a Canadian team shooting the puck.

  15. Nobody here noticed the giant goaler flopping around like a 300 lb lineman trying to pick up a loose football. Sad. Pathetic.
