Noah Juulsen delivered this hit to Luke Glendenning. Juulsen was subsequently forced into a fight even though no penalty was called on the play. Was the hit worthy of a fight, or a penalty?

That's Clean hit . Some will said it's a blind side hit but it's his fault for not looking around . He did play the puck
