OK Guys, the NHL combine is underway in Buffalo, and if there is one thing that stood out today from all the clips.. It’s that Connor Bedard looks absolutely jacked out there.

So obvious that he used steroids to get that much musles added in the past few months. So sad, hope it wont lead to a career riddle with injuries. They are " good " for bodybuilders, but devastating for a sports that makes your body absorb a lot of contacts and weird movements. And to those who will say no way its roids, you probably havent been to gyms very often. Its blatant its roids and suspiscious " miraculous supplements "
Picture this. Hawks win the 2023 Draft and land Bedard. They make the lottery for 2024 and win the #1 pick again and land Celebrini. That is what Hockey Wet Dreams are made of.

We'll see How he makes the transition! Chicago best have a Lucic or Reeves. Maybe at least being in that shape to start, it won't take him 2-3 season's to get in NHL shape like many first rounders need.

why that much promotion before draft ?
While 5'10ish might be "small" in the NHL, being that lean at 185 lbs is stout. Plus he's still young. I'd imagine we'll see him at 195-200 lbs in a few years with even better strength and conditioning.

Bedard is a remarkable talent but 5'9" is small. I really don't want to see this kid get hurt right out of the gate.
Someone of Bedard's stature would be stupid not to do PED's prior to the draft. He is not subject to any drug testing policy, which makes it even easier to fly under the radar. Bedard's handler's seem to know what they're doing.

Adam fantili is going to be such an impact player right away, simply cannot go wrong with fantili unbelievable talent. Glad this whole draft class was studs.

Those bunch of guys are just chickens! I feel bad for Connor already being stuck at the crappiest NHL franchise. We lost another great Canadian player to an awful team that allows sexual assault on their young players without punishment.

When I was 16-17 I could do 18 full up and down chin ups with a little pause at the bottom.
Jacked?! He’s young, he’s a pro athlete, his testosterone level is at it’s peak, he’s on the short side; there’s no way he’s not in good shape… but jacked?!
Look at 2023 playoff teams advancing size, size and more size 6'-4" 6'-6" D men 230#. All tight checking games, ice surface seems to decrease, play along the boards is where these games are won and lost. Big teams just wear down the competition in a 7 game series.
He’s young enough to maybe gain an inch of height still. If he ends up ~5’11 that makes him over 6’0 in skates which is pretty standard. I feel like Sidney Crosby has gained an inch or two since his rookie season. Maybe just thicker.
My buddied kid is playing Junior prospects league. He has met Connor a lot. Ive seen pics of Connor outside the locker room, in shorter shorts with his shirt off. The guy is absolutely jacked. Has been for years. His legs are Oaks !
