    After what I saw happen to Brayden Point getting a very fast puck hit from Victor Hedman, I was pleasantly surprised he was able to come back. God Bless him. Was it the cortisone. Sports medicine has come a very long way. But Brayden must have iced it after icing that puck.

    There are Canadiens fans who say that tampa don't deserve the cup because 1. Their fan base doesn't know enough about north American hockey heritage. 2. Their players don't know about north American hockey heritage. 3. Their are located in a southern state where hockey is an after thought.

    1. Tampa bay has had a top 10 average fan attendance since 2011-2012. They had 3 straight years of home game sell outs at 19,092.
    2. 23 of the 32 guys that are signed with tampa and are on their expanded roster, all come from north America. Also so what it they have foreign players? Montreal does as well.
    3. I have been to Florida. I come from the state of hockey in Minnesota. I can tell you that Florida has better set ups for their arenas than about 50% of Minnesota arena's. I was down in Florida in the middle of july and one of their arenas was packed full of people. There were kids of all ages there. They had open skates going on. They love hockey in Florida.

    Will be interesting to see if Tampa's record of bouncing back after a loss still holds. Hopefully it does as my Daughter got a ticket for the show tonight and would love to see her experience a cup win at home!!

    To the list of clickbait, I would add anything that trumpets "Trade Rumors". I know THG will pass along reports from reputable hockey journalists, but I don't put him in the same category as some of the some of the channels that parrot the reporting of others. If you watched the recent video on Stanley Cup runners up, you will realize that THG put a heck of a lot of legwork into compiling that list, and that is what allows him to raise his hockey lid du jour above the rest of the crowd.

    Sabs should go with Power, they have will have a great chance in selecting a center in the top 5 for the 2022 draft with Wright, Savoie, McGroarty, Cooley and Jack D. Hughes, even consider RW Brad Lambert.
