In my eyes the only penalty here was on Foligno. The puck is long gone, finishing your check is when you're in the process of checking someone before the puck is gone, not 8 seconds after. Craig Smith should have also gotten a misconduct as stated by another user below. Makes no sense to be coincidental minors here.
