Take out Calgary’s 1st in most of these proposals and replace with a 2nd and the value is about right (other than the Pittsburgh one which is still awful)

The only trade that would reasonable is the Buffalo trade. But there is no way that trade will be made without Hanifin signing long term and that’s not going to happen in Buffalo.
All the rest of the suggested trades are pretty silly from Calgary’s point of view.
