This shouldnt be a surprise to anyone. It has been discussed ad nauseam that the Coyotes would not be making a big splash in free agency or targeting any of the few big names.
I looked for the “reports” but couldn’t find any specific one. Anyone know who was reporting it?
Good. The time for taking awful players as cap dumps is over. We need to start thinking decent players who can actually play with Keller and Crouse and start pushing this team up. We may not be good but we’re not actively tanking anymore.
That’s good. We’ve been dealing with a few anchors over the past several years and I’d like to at least just start playing younger players who are on an upward trajectory rather than aging veterans who just don’t have it anymore like Ladd or Kassian.
