Just in my opinion, but even if I’m the Montreal Canadiens, if PLD refuses to sign even a one year deal in Winnipeg and sits out or even threatens to do so, I don’t want a player with that shitty attitude anywhere near my team! Even being he wants to be in Montreal, that sets a horrible example and is childish and pathetic!
I think a Chabot for Edmundson plus Kaiden Gughle could work

Excellent report–Blake Wheeler getting a buyout? WOW, didn't see that coming. Things really haven't been the same in Winnipeg since Dustin B. up and disappeared a few years ago. I would like to see ROR return to the Blues, but, not sure the Blues are looking to reacquire him.
That's NOT the way it works, PLD can not sit out the season and just become a free agent , this was tried by Alexei Yashin , and after it was all said and done , her lost his case .

In my opinion I think PLD is being kind of a brat. I mean, he basically forced himself out of Columbus and didn’t even try because he didn’t want to be there. Now In Winnipeg it’s a similar situation, but the fact he could sit out this season because he doesn’t even wanna sign a contract. That shows the character and how unprofessional he has been. At least a one year deal that will take you to free agency. It seems like he’s just being a baby about a business. I got asking for a trade once, but doing it again within a few years of each other.

😂 Dreger did not say that about PLD! I just listened to the Ray and Dregs podcast. Dreger said that PLD sitting out a year if he is not traded is a possibility, and that he does not expect PLD to sit out.
