  1. season rating vs playoff rating for me
ullmark season 95 OVR playoffs 70 OVR
lindholm season 88 OVR playoffs 75 OVR
forbort season 80 OVR playoffs 65 OVR

too many guys went ghost when we needed them to show up, COYLE WAS A BEAST in game 3, still played decent in the series but playoffs decent games won't cut it

  2. Ironic that the Bruins were 3 – 1 without Bergeron and 0 – 3 with him. They also lost both games that Krejci played. Not sure how they are going to rebuild considering that they traded away all of their high draft picks over the next two years to acquire Bertuzzi, Orlov and Hathaway. It also doesn't help that the bonus money that they paid Bergeron and Krejci will be applied to next year's cap.

  3. if bertuzzi is interested in coming back i would trade anyone to make that cap space for him
unlike hall, debrusk, zacha, if he isn't having a good game you will still notice him with the hits and dirty areas he just has that playoff style, very hard to find in this NHL, like a Sam bennett for the panthers. but with more skill, but those guys you need for the playoffs, we needed a few more of them

  4. now the BRUINs go down in history as the biggest chokers in sports history, and will be a laughing stock for years to come, bruins fans should hide their head in utter shame

  5. It seems to me in 2019 and this year we just simply stopped checking in the playoffs. Seriously. What is that?

  6. Hey Brian, really love your takes man. I have been listening throughout the series (am a panthers fan) and I must say you were one of the few people who respected the panthers since the start of the series. You all were one of the only reasons I felt for the Bruins after we won. Hope we do yall the respect of winning the cup after this series ❤

  7. it's because the panthers were a snake in the grass. It was absolute doom for the bruins that a team that won president's trophy last year and added tkachuk, got hot, and then snuck into the playoffs. The panthers aren't bad…they've been in the playoffs several years in a row losing to teams like tampa. It was a total trap, the bruins likely go on a warpath and win it all if got through this series.

  8. there is no picking up the pieces. all the pieces go in the trash can. jim montgomery and the gm and cam neely need to be fired. you can't have this kind of regular season and choke in round 1 against a mid florida panthers team who the bruins should have beaten in 5 games.

  9. OMG, you think you feel bad now? What until the Leafs do it in 4! You'll be in an emotional funk for another two weeks, LOL. You haven't hit bottom yet.

  10. Its not that they lost. We all know winning the cup is not easy, but its the WAY they lost. They went out like bitches. Like little scared bitches. Florida didnt make winning easy and the b's just curled up and died. Like they always do tbh. When the going gets tough the Bruins lay down and take it. Its been that way for a decade now. You got to earn it. Its not going to be handed to you

  11. You guys did a great job with this. Playoff speed and intensity thats what seperates stanley cup teams. Pasta, Debrusk, Mac, Lindholm and Hall, great seasons but not playoff performers. Please don’t let this collapse throw a blanket over Ullmarks season, it took a substantial injury and continuous pain to stop his incredible effort this year. You should do a show just on Ullmark and games like the Ottawa theft this year.

  12. Hey Brian, will someone ask Sweeney or Montgomery at their
PC why the hell they risked #37 health? A herniated disk can
turn into a really serious condition (some type of paralysis is even possible).

Also they need to be asked why they are lying regarding Bergeron
and Montreal. Dom Triano wrote that Bergeron played due to his Dad in Montreal. Now its Montgomery wanted everyone to play.

Montgomery needs to be fired for his horrible coaching decisions.

  13. bruins outshot the opponent double in game 5
The goalie made a horrendous turnover trying to go backhand instead of chipping it on the glass. Couldn’t play a slow rolling puck around the corner boards.
Can’t blame the defense for keeping the other team at half shots.
Game 6 you would think multiple leads in the 3rd period and scoring 5 on the road would be enough. Nope vezina favorite goalie decides to concede 5. Coach is scared to pull him, goalie shows how much of a vezina favorite he is by conceding the sixth.
Then game 7 come out flat and weak but get the lead and Macavoy bad deflection Unlucky Florida gets lucky goal. And then in overtime mcavoy shows how much of an NHL defenseman he is but not handling a simple blue line pass in the offensive zone then on the same shift turns it over at the defensive blue line. Swagman tried covering the puck but his defenseman was blocking him on the panthers Ot goal. If he covers he freezes play, bruins get the change. But they were awful in overtime lifeless.
Bergeron was not himself only thing he did was win face offs. His line was a disastrous plus minus lost every game he played. 0-3.
I really wanted the best team in nhl history to win. To prove that the regular season matters 65 wins. Nope.
If I was a bruins fan id quit watching this garbage league.
2013 okay 2019 lost to one of the worst cup winners ever and this 2023 lmfao 😂
Sucks to see Marchand and Bergeron crying though
