I trust KD. I’m curious to see what his plans are for this season!
Frankly, I wouldn't mind if KD re-acquired Sam Lafferty as a free agent in 2015. Lafferty was one of the few Maple Leafs who was effective against the Florida Panthers in the playoffs. Meanwhile, KD should let Ian Mitchell walk.
I think the hawks are waiting for the draft to see what teams are willing to give them to move contracts, Newhook, Mantha, Scheifel, Besser, Garland are good enough to have somebody for Bernard to play with for a year, and then Matthews after that.
