[David Pagnotta] As we wait to see how/if this Flyers/Blues deal pans out, a few teams spoke with Philly about Sanheim, including the Toronto Maple Leafs. If Sanheim doesn’t go to STL, I suspect those talks will pick back up (if they haven’t already). Leafs also have poked on Hanifin in Calgary.

Not a fan of Sanheim at that cap for 8 years, wouldn’t mind Hanifin depending on what he is extended at.
Just seems like Sanheim is overpaid by 1m or so and is signed until he is 35…
Yesterday everyone was going crazy because the leafs didn’t do anything today it will be everyone going crazy cause they wish they didn’t do anything
Better include Laughton and Sanheim and for cheap maybe Brodie + Robertson the other way
If we’re taking the cap hit and the term then Philly better give something more than just him.
Still think Brodies middling play was due to the fact he was overplayed.
Leafs need solid help on the back end.
Sanheim, Hanifan are 2 players that fit the mold of what I believe they need. Both as players are big upgrades on Holl.
