How reputable is this guy? His previous tweets seem out of the loop, ie saying Laughton is involved.

While I want a trade to happen ASAP, nothing beats the feeling of being involved in a draft day trade. Hearing Betman saying he has a trade to announce and it involves the Flyers would be pure bliss.
If the main issue for him was family concerns, I genuinely wonder if he could be or could’ve been talked into agreeing to come to Philly. The Flyers as an organization have a reputation of being second to none in terms of providing for Player’s wives and children, so for someone with a brand new kid and a young family it could be a situation that makes sense.
If the main issue for him was going to a competitive team…. yeah I have no idea. Maybe Florida would be a good fit for both sides?

I feel like they’re trying to find a 3rd team for Krug. If I was a 9 year Bruin I wouldn’t want to play in Philly tbh or vice versa.
He probably doesn’t want to spend the last few good years he’s got left on a rebuilding team. It’s his right not to waive his NTC. Can’t put any blame on him at all.
