OK Guys, we got a trade to take a look at, as the Montreal Canadiens and the Dallas Stars have made a move today. The Habs trade forward Evegeny Dadonov to the Stars, in exchange for Denis Gurianov! Lets review this one!

Dadonov Was negative value 2 months ago and at season start. Now closer to end teams have room to add $ plus he started to play better so that helped too me think.
Surprisingly, I think there may be a few more deals coming.

I'm loving the trade! If he can turn it around, we did well for ourselves.
The trade wasn't for a top draft pick or prospect, but do remember that Gurianov was drafted 12th overall!
I hope that no one bought a Dadonov jersey, since everyone should have known he was a rental since day #1.

I wont miss Big Daddy‘s prowess on the rink but I will miss his sparkling personality and his playful smile…at least I think I saw him smile once-but that might have been Dvorak.
Every year I usually trade for gurianov his big and his speed is 90 so his big and fast at wrs his a great 4th liner or could be a good 3rd liner
Young big fast amazing trade Hughes probably messed up the rebuilt but his trades up 2 now are good
BTW I hope Hughes has more surprises for us but if that's it, I can't blame him. There might not be too many options out there. He can't do miracles..

I love the trade, and they aren't even close to being done, I think we will get rid of a few contracts. And maybe it's a blessing in disguise that Monahan's injured, maybe we keep him for half of the salary he is getting now! I love him, if he can stay healthy. Cole and Arber got surgery from the same Dr. Same surgery, and same Dr! lol. Now they're REALLY brothers!!! lol. I expect like 4 or 5 more moves, minimum.

As a stars fan I can tell you that Rick Bowness absolutely destroyed his confidence. Some dickhead coaches have that player they are hard on even though it’s obvious a different approach should be taken and he was that guy for bowness. He health bombed him all the time if he missed a defensive assignment or if he looked at him the wrong way and we thought he would return to his old self with debore as head coach. He got opportunities on different lines and the power play this season but never could put it together. I really think he will thrive in Montreal with a rebuilding team. Give him the chance to get his confidence back bc he has all the skill in the world. You guys got a good one.
Turning out to be GREAT trade in every aspect for all parties. Gurianov is a 12th overall pick n a big body who can skate pass play n shoot. He's a version of Dach in that sense. Dadonov was just result of Weber offload, we had to take some type of $ loss and it worked out so far. I say sign him 4yrs 13M, lock him in. He's brought a much needed style of play n players on line have improved their play too.
