Rangers traded their 2023 91st and 2024 7th round pick with the Penguins to trade up for him.

yet another Dan Muse product who’s also going to Boston College. interesting D man, good puck mover with good gap control. can certainly make an outlet pass. big guy not the best skater exactly. more defensive-focused but relatively mobile. profiles kind of like Brady Skjei. this was an attempted safe pick by Drury, but i certainly don’t hate them leaning heavily on Muse. if we were going puck moving D i would’ve picked Mania/Sotheran/~~Minnetian~~ (DAL at #125, b/c of course) (who are still on the board in the 100s) but oh well. better a relative puck mover than the old school D men they used to pick
