I really am not concerned if it’s a bootleg/unlicensed, I wouldn’t have bought it if I was. I just can’t find anything about this specific jersey and I am intrigued. Was it a promotion, a giveaway, something at a specific dealer? If you have any info I’d love to know!

Based on the tag alone I would assume it’s unlicensed. This is definitely not an official Hurricanes jersey. I’d need to see more photos.
It almost appears to be a jersey from a North Carolina beer league team or youth team that fell into the sellers hands. The seller might have not known enough, saw the logos on the shoulders and labeled it a promo jersey.
You might have bought a cool looking beer league jersey, in that case it looks nice.
I could be completely wrong, however I’ve been a pretty in-depth canes fan since the early 2000s and can never remember them doing anything of the sort.
Back in the day I thought the Canes were partnered with Chevy. Used to love those free T shirts with the chevy logo on the back. (Someone please send me more I’ve only got one left 🙏🏻)
