The wild are also rumored to be having their RR become a permanent alternate
As a lightning fan who has still yet to get an authentic (I just don't care for our home uniforms and I can't find a road one) I really hope this is true (although I actually liked the black Alts)
The blue reverse retro 1.0 would absolutely make the perfect home jersey and the black version the alternate much like Carolina the 25th anniversary jersey should be the home jersey make the white version of that for the road and the black storm flag stay the alternate would be the perfect way to go for both teams
Yeah, I like their black & white jersey. I find it a lot better than their home & away jerseys
Itās always been a joke about it being the Tampa Bay Leafs, but seeing those teams play against each other in the playoffs again it really is sad that Tampa Bay canāt have their own look anymore. They need to ditch their Leafs look.
The Lightning should bring back the Bolts jersey you had in your video as a third alternative jersey .
Here is what I think the Lightning should do. Go back to their original jersey style with the main logo and shoulder patches from 2007-2011. And then, with that, I would have this set up:
Home: Reverse Retro 1.0 with logos from 2007-2011
Away: 1992-2007 White with logos from 2007-2011
Alternate: Black Version of 2008-2011 Bolts Alternate
Heritage: 1992-2007 Black with logos from 2007-2011
I think this would cover all the bases and make so many fans happy.
I like Lightning current home and away! They should go back to the āBoltsā word mark jersey.
