Dhali says Canucks will call Ryan O’Reilly and JT Compher tomorrow, but there’s going to be a bidding war for those players, they’re going to be expensive and want term.

How is the “Myers is available” news? I’m fairly certain Allvin would trade him even if we had to add a thigh pick.
Frank Seravalli had said that he believed a deal sending Myers to the Sharks has been done for weeks now. But he’s not sure what the hold up is/was.
I’ve come around to the idea of holding onto Myers, especially with the Ethan Bear injury. Bear basically comes back a few weeks before the TDL, gives Bear some time to ramp up and then you move Myers at the TDL for a pick.
He isn’t perfect, but Myers is a good pro… he’s big/physical.. plays a lot of minutes.. shoots right. He checks a decent amount of boxes for Van.
I won’t be mad if they can re-allocate that $6M and get a better ROI for that cap-space though.
If they actually move Myers it will be absolutely wild to see minus Quinn Hughes essentially a brand new d-corps next season
