  1. Using jo sticks or something like them instead on your shins and forearms is a better gradient. Martial artists do that, too.

  2. You are spreading dangerous misinformation. People, please do not kick trees. They do no strengthen your bones, they kill the nerve endings and make you more likely to have injuries get 10x worse because they won't hurt as much as they should. If you want to properly train bone density please do real research and don't listen to this fool.

  3. Good way to permanently destroy your bones, break the skin, and get a life threatening infection, but hey… you do you.

  5. Why not focus on technique first. Just a humble opinion, seems like your skipping steps. But idk, maybe you’re doing it for the long run.

  6. i avoid fights but i get in them constantly. as a man, people tend to kick for the nuts. i have a natural reflex to use my shins as a block so thats why they are trained.
