I liked hearing how much they want to stay in New Jersey after being a part of the organization for so long from Binghamton in the AHL to seeing this team take a leap forward to the 2nd round of the playoffs. They mentioned multiple times the relationships they’ve made with the team and staff and that they want to be around long term. Just more evidence of that culture that’s been building and being fostered by Fitzgerald making an impact.
