  1. I don't agree that you have to have been a big time college QB to develop kids at that position. Just because you played doesn't automatically make you a great teacher. Having experience at the position can certainly give a person some credibility to start. However, you better spend the time learning and studying form others along with watching a lot of film of many top Quarterbacks. I have listened to former NFL quarterbacks that have no idea how they did what they did. furthermore, they don't have the ability to articulate and organize their thoughts when explaining things.
